What the payment page is for

The payment page lets you pay by card for flowers, arrangements, wedding work or interiors services that you have already agreed with the shop in person, by telephone or on WhatsApp. It is not a shop: nothing is chosen or bought on the page itself. You enter the amount agreed with us, and that is what is charged.

Prices are agreed with you before you pay and include VAT at the rate in force. If anything about the amount is unclear, ask us before paying.

The amount, the currency and fees

All payments are made in euros. We do not add any card fee, processing fee or surcharge: the amount you enter is the amount charged to your card.

Before paying you are offered the option of adding a small contribution towards the responsible disposal and recycling of green waste from flowers and foliage. It is entirely optional, it is never pre-selected, and your order does not depend on it. If you choose to add one, it is charged together with your payment and shown separately on your confirmation.

How the payment is processed

Card payments are processed by SumUp, a regulated payment provider. The card form on our page is provided by SumUp, your card details go directly to SumUp and never reach our systems, and SumUp handles the extra verification your bank may ask for (a code or an approval in your banking app). We only receive the amount, a payment reference and the result.

Each attempt is given a reference beginning with FHP. Keep it: it identifies your payment for any question or refund.

Your confirmation

Once SumUp has confirmed the payment, the page shows your confirmation with the amount, the reference and the date. That page is your proof of payment: print it or take a screenshot. We do not send a confirmation email. The payment also appears on your card statement as a SumUp transaction.

If you need a full invoice for your records, ask us within the same month and we will issue one.

Cancellations and refunds

Flowers are a living, perishable product, bought in fresh and prepared to order for you. Under Spanish consumer law, the 14-day right to withdraw from distance purchases does not apply to goods that can deteriorate or expire rapidly, nor to goods made to your specifications (Article 103, letters c and d, of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users). The following rules apply instead, and nothing in them limits the rights you have by law.

  • Flowers are not refundable. Once you have paid for flowers or an arrangement, the order cannot be cancelled and the payment, including any green waste contribution, is not refunded. If you need to change the date or the delivery address, call us as early as you can and we will do what we can.
  • If something is wrong. If flowers arrive damaged, an arrangement is not what was agreed or a delivery did not arrive, tell us within 24 hours, with a photo where possible, and we will replace it.
  • Weddings and interiors work. Deposits, balances and cancellation terms for weddings, curtains, blinds and upholstery are those set out in your quote. Items made to measure cannot be returned once made.
  • Mistaken, duplicate or wrong amounts. If you paid twice, paid the wrong amount or paid by mistake, tell us and we will refund the difference or the duplicate.

Where a payment is returned, it is made through SumUp to the card you paid with, never in cash or to another card. SumUp sends it immediately; depending on your bank it can take 5 to 10 working days to appear on your statement.

Complaints

If you are not happy with how something was handled, write to legal@floristandhome.com or call 952 83 40 46 and we will do our best to put it right. The official complaint forms of the Junta de Andalucía (hojas de quejas y reclamaciones) are available at the shop and can be requested by email; we provide them on paper or electronically, as you prefer. You may also contact the consumer office of your town hall or Consumo Responde, the consumer service of the Junta de Andalucía.

Your data

What we and SumUp do with your data when you pay is explained in our Privacy Policy, and the one technical cookie the payment form uses is described on our Cookies page.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, nothing in them limits the rights you have under it, including your right to bring a claim before the courts of your own place of residence.
